Day 1: Kathmandu (1,400 meters)

  • Arrive in Kathmandu and spend the day exploring the city.
  • Prepare for the trek and make necessary arrangements.
  • Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 meters) to Chutok (2,800 meters)

  • Take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla.
  • Begin trekking to Chutok, a small village.
  • Overnight stay in Chutok.

Day 3: Chutok to Zatrawala Pass (4,600 meters) to Chetra Khola (3,150 meters)

  • Trek from Chutok to Zatrawala Pass.
  • Cross the pass and descend to Chetra Khola.
  • Overnight stay in Chetra Khola.

Day 4: Chetra Khola to Kothe (3,600 meters)

  • Continue trekking from Chetra Khola to Kothe.
  • Pass through forests and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains.
  • Overnight stay in Kothe.

Day 5: Kothe to Thagnak (4,350 meters)

  • Trek from Kothe to Thagnak.
  • Ascend through rocky terrains and cross glacial streams.
  • Overnight stay in Thagnak.

Day 6: Acclimatization day in Thagnak

  • Take a rest day in Thagnak for acclimatization.
  • Explore the area, hike to nearby viewpoints, and rest.
  • Overnight stay in Thagnak.

Day 7: Thagnak to Khare (5,045 meters)

  • Trek from Thagnak to Khare.
  • Climb higher and reach the base camp of Mera Peak.
  • Overnight stay in Khare.

Day 8: Acclimatization day in Khare

  • Take a rest day in Khare for acclimatization.
  • Prepare for the summit push, receive instructions, and rest.
  • Overnight stay in Khare.

Day 9: Khare to Mera La (5,415 meters) to High Camp (5,800 meters)

  • Trek from Khare to Mera La pass.
  • Cross the pass and continue to the high camp.
  • Prepare for the summit attempt the next day.
  • Overnight stay in High Camp.

Day 10: High Camp to Mera Peak (6,476 meters) and back to Khare

  • Start early morning and make the summit push to Mera Peak.
  • Enjoy the stunning views from the summit and descend back to High Camp.
  • Continue trekking back to Khare.
  • Overnight stay in Khare.

Day 11: Reserve Day for Summit Attempt

  • This day serves as a contingency day in case of unfavorable weather conditions or other factors.
  • If the summit was successful the previous day, it can be used as an extra rest day or for further exploration in the area.
  • Overnight stay in Khare.

Day 12: Khare to Kothe

  • Trek back from Khare to Kothe.
  • Descend through the same route.
  • Overnight stay in Kothe.

Day 13: Kothe to Thuli Kharka

  • Trek from Kothe to Thuli Kharka.
  • Pass through scenic landscapes and enjoy the final days of the trek.
  • Overnight stay in Thuli Kharka.

Day 14: Thuli Kharka to Lukla

  • Continue trekking from Thuli Kharka to Lukla.
  • Reach Lukla, the endpoint of the trek.
  • Overnight stay in Lukla
