Operations Protocol

Hotel Transportation Protocol 

  • Health and safety policy for the guest will be informed by the book hotel in the reception section by the staff.
  • Regular test if needed i.e Covid-19 test, etc  of hotel vehicle driver(s) are conducted as per the standards regulated by local authorities. 
  • Hotel drivers should wear a standardized maske mentioned by the health ministry or associated department office. 
  • All hotel vehicles should supply proper drinking water along with other health stuff like Hand Sanitizers, Sanitizer Spray, and disposable Surgical Masks. 
  • All emergency contact information should be available with vehicle driver either in hard copy or soft copy while giving a service to the guest. 
  • Hotel drivers need to limit conversation with guests to the minimum. 
  • Either after arrival of the guest  at the hotel or before departure of guest from the hotel,  driver or hotel staff on duty should dispatch guest luggage from/to the vehicle. 

Hotel related Health & Safety Guidelines: 

  • Social distancing which includes activities like  hugging, kissing, or shaking hands with guests and maintaining distance of at least 1.5 m.
  •  Avoid fingerprint processes  for any recognition technology which does not include physical touch to the devices. Ude equivalent technologies to face recognitions.
  • Provision of hand sanitizer, disposable tissue papers, soap, hand wash and clean water for washing the hands.
  • Use of a mask while on duty is mandatory.
  • Cover mouth and nose with bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing. 
  • Use European standard disinfectant approved by WHO and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) to regularly sanitize all public, guest, and staff areas, offices, and key touchpoint surfaces in the hotel
